摘要
目的对护理干预在胃癌合并糖尿病患者围术期中的应用效果进行分析和讨论。方法随机选取该院2016年4月—2017年5月收治的胃癌合并糖尿病患者56例为研究对象,根据患者的入院时间将其分为两组,予以对照组一般护理,探究组则在对照组的基础上实施护理干预措施,比较两组患者的护理满意程度以及空腹血糖、血压变化状况。结果探究组的空腹血糖以及血压状况均明显优于对照组;在护理满意程度方面,探究组92.9%比对照组75.0%高,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将护理干预应用于胃癌合并糖尿病患者围术期中,不仅能够改善患者的血糖、血压状况,同时也可以提高患者的护理满意程度,值得在临床护理中应用推广。
Objective To analyze and discuss the clinical application effect of nursing intervention in patients with gastric cancer and diabetes during the preoperative period. Methods 56 cases of patients with gastric cancer and diabetes admitted and treated in our hospital from April 2016 to May 2017 were randomly selected and divided into two groups, the control group adopted the general nursing, while the study group adopted the nursing intervention measures on the basis of the control group, and the nursing satisfactory degree, fasting blood glucose and changes of blood pressure were compared between the two groups. Results The fasting blood glucose and blood pressure in the study group were obviously better than those in the control group, and the nursing satisfactory degree in the study group was higher than that in the control group,（92.9%vs 75.0%）, and the difference was obvious（P0.05）. Conclusion The application of nursing intervention in patients with gastric cancer and diabetes during the preoperative period can not only improve the blood glucose and blood pressure, at the same time, it also can improve the nursing satisfactory degree, and it is worth clinical application and promotion.
