摘要
目的探讨卡维地洛治疗糖尿病合并慢性心力衰竭的效果。方法选取该科2015年1月—2017年1月收治的糖尿病合并慢性心力衰竭患者142例,随机分为两组各71例,观察组给予卡维地洛,对照组给予倍他乐克,比较疗效。结果观察组总有效率为90.1%,明显优于对照组74.6%(P<0.05);治疗后观察组FPG(6.02±0.54)mmol/L、LVEF(57.62±6.01)%、LVEDD(48.77±0.98)mm,较对照组有显著改善(P<0.05)。结论卡维地洛可有效促进患者心功能恢复,是治疗糖尿病合并慢性心力衰竭的有效药物,值得应用。
Objective To study the effect of carvedilol in treatment of diabetes and chronic heart failure. Methods 142 cases of diabetes and chronic heart disease patients admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, respectively treated with carvedilol and metoprolol, and the curative effect was compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate was obviously better than that in the control group,（90.1% vs 74.6%）（P0.05）, after treatment, the FPG, LVEF and LVEDD in the observation group were respectively（6.02±0.54）mmol/L,（57.62±6.01） % and（48.77±0.98）mm, which were obviously improved compared with those in the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion carvedilol can effectively promote the recovery of heart function, which is an effective drug that can treat the diabetes and chronic heart failure, and it is worth application.
