摘要
公共管理哲学研究的核心任务是从哲学反思与批判的角度研究公共管理生活。须以诠释公共管理哲学的定义为基础,认定公共管理哲学的研究对象,探究公共管理哲学研究的理论来源及实践依据;继而确定公共管理哲学研究包括公共管理生活、公共管理人性、公共管理利益、公共管理理性、公共管理价值、公共管理方法、公共管理发展等主体内容;进而阐明公共管理哲学研究具有推动公共管理学科的纵深发展、完善马克思主义哲学研究的内容体系和提高公共管理活动的自觉性和科学性的重要价值。
The core task of the study of public administration philosophy is to study the public administrative life in the perspective of philosophical reflection and criticism. Based on interpreting the definition of public administration philosophy,we process to identify the object of public administration philosophy research,explore the theoretical sources and practical basis of public administration philosophy. Then it is determined that the study of public administration philosophy includes the subjects of public administrative life,public administrative theory of human nature,public administrative theory of interest,public administrative theory of rationality,public administrative theory of values,public administrative methodology,theory of public administrative development. Furtherly,it is supposed to clarify that the study of philosophy of public administration has important impacts on promoting the further development of public administration discipline,perfecting the content system of Marxist philosophical research and enhancing purposefully and scientifically the important value of public administrative activities.
