摘要
通过总结科室对于临床期糖尿病肾病的经验,结合国内专家对于本病的认识,提出临床期糖尿病肾病的病机特点为"脾肾两虚,瘀血阻滞肾络",治以健脾固肾、化瘀通络,应用健脾固肾化瘀汤。
