新型颈椎控制性轴向牵引自控器在颈椎骨折脱位患者牵引治疗中的应用效果

摘要 目的:探讨新型颈椎控制性轴向牵引自控器在颈椎骨折脱位患者牵引治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取2015年2月~2017年1月我院收治的颈椎骨折脱位患者84例,按1~84顺序进行编号,单号纳入对照组(n=42),采取常规卧位行颈椎牵引治疗,双号纳入观察组(n=42),采用新型颈椎控制性轴向牵引自控器进行牵引治疗。比较两组患者平均牵引复位时间、平均住院时间、疼痛评分,随访3~6个月,采取日本骨科协会评估治疗分数(JOA)对患者颈椎功能进行评定,并比较医师满意度。结果:观察组患者平均牵引时间、平均住院时间及疼痛评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后JOA评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组医师对患者牵引效果的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对颈椎骨折脱位患者使用新型颈椎控制性轴向牵引自控器进行牵引治疗可取得良好效果,缓解患者疼痛,促进颈椎功能的恢复,缩短住院时间,提升医护人员满意度。 Objective: To explore the application effect of a new cervical controlled axial traction automatic control device in the traction treatment of patients with fracture and dislocation of cervical spine. Methods: To select 84 patients with cervical fracture and dislocation from February 2015 to January 2017,and numbered them in order of 1 to 84 in our hospital; the single numbered( n = 42) were included in the control group,and the cervical traction was performed in the conventional horizontal position; the double numbered( n = 42) were included in the observation group,and the new type of cervical spine control axial traction controller was used for traction treatment. The average traction reduction time,average hospitalization time and pain score were compared between the two groups. The patients were followed up for 3-6 months. The cervical function was evaluated by the evaluation treatment score of Japanese Orthopaedic Association score( JOA),and the satisfaction degrees of doctors were compared. Results: The average traction time,average hospitalization time and pain scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group( P < 0. 05). The JOA scores of the observation group after treatment were higher than those of the control group( P < 0. 05). The satisfaction degrees of the doctors in the observation group were higher than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: A new type of cervical axial traction automatic controller for cervical spine fracture and dislocation patients could achieve good results,alleviate the pain of patients,promote the recovery of cervical spine function,shorten the hospitalization time,and improve the satisfaction of medical staff.
