摘要
目的分析两种内固定方法治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折对时间指标及关节功能的影响。方法择本院2015年6月~2017年6月接收的105例股骨粗隆间发生骨折的老年患者资料,分对照组(52例)和研究组(53例),对照组取PFN治疗,研究组取PFNA治疗,分析两组的时间指标及对关节功能的影响。结果研究组愈合时间是(8.11±2.53)周比对照组(16.37±4.46)周快(P<0.05);研究组Myo在24 h后水平比对照组低(P<0.05);研究组髋关节的术后12个月Harris评分是(92.46±7.99)分比对照组(70.43±5.41)分高,差异比较具有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论 PFNA对股骨粗隆间发生骨折的老年患者治疗,其愈合时间比PFN的治疗所需愈合时间短,提升关节功能。
Objective To analyze two methods of internal fixation treatment of elderly femoral intertrochanteric fracture affect timing indicators and joint function. Methods Choose in our hospital in June 2015 to June 2017, received 105 cases of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture data of points and the control group(52 cases) and group(53 cases) and control group take PFN treatment, the team take PFNA treatment, analysis of two groups of time index and its influence on joint function. Results Research the healing time was(8.11 ± 2.53) week is faster than the control group(16.37±4.46) weeks(P<0.05); the team Myo within 24 h after level lower than the control group(P<0.05); team postoperative December Harris hip score was(92.46 ± 7.99) points higher than the control group(70.43 ± 5.41), compared with statistical significance difference(P<0.05).Conclusion PFNA for elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture treatment, the healing time, shorter than PFN treatment needed healing time,improve joint function.
