摘要
为寻求国际产业转移承接区体育用品制造业的经验,本文采用文献资料等研究方法对国际体育用品业转接承继历程、规律进行了梳理。其规律体现在:主体体育多元是重要环节;水能环境能提供便利条件;纺织、制鞋业优先发展;产业技术类型递变能促进自主品牌发展。主要经验表现在:先扶持,后防范管理竞争市场;重视用户体验,专注新品研发;挖掘商机,开拓市场;重视民族工业发展、开拓国际市场;重视民族性体育推介,扩大内需等。由此可鉴:构建水、陆、空运输网,促进体育制造业承接;重视多元推介手段,发展新时期潜在体育主体;正视承接规律,合理布局与发展体育用品业;积极引导与帮扶,调控与规范体育用品业发展。
In order to seek the experience of international sports goods industry transferred in the industry accept district for us,especially using methods of literature and statistics,this article analyzed the historical course and law of the past four international sports goods industry undertaking waves. Conclusion was drawn that there were rules to follow in the diversity of exercise types,water can supply the facilitate environment,textile and shoe-making industry were developed underlying,and the rule of industry accept can promote the evolution of manufacturing technology and the brand development. It is proposed that the government should breed the cultivation of sports subject,develop the construction of the traffic network,utilize the rule of sports goods industry accept and the construction of local brands,as well as provide the guidance and assistance in the sports goods industry undertaking area.
