摘要
养老保险基金收支平衡是养老保险制度可持续发展的关键。本文以福建省为研究对象,对福建省基本养老保险基金收支平衡的现状进行分析,并对未来进行预测,定性分析了未来影响福建省基本养老保险基金收支平衡的因素,定量分析了未来基金收支平衡趋势,并通过采取"渐近式延迟退休政策"、提高基本养老保险基金征缴和支付管理能力、促进"全面二孩政策"、促进经济发展吸引外来劳动力等措施来应对未来的变化。
Pension insurance fund balance is the key to sustainable development of pension insurance system,Based on Fujian province,this paper analyzes the current situation of the balance of pension fund in Fujian province and predicts the future. It analyzes the factors that influence the balance of the pension fund in the future,quantitatively analyzes the results of the future fund. It is suggested to cope with the changes in the future by taking incremental extending retirement age policy,improving raising ability of the basic pension insurance fund and payment management,promoting " comprehensive two-child policy" and promote economic development to attract migrant labor.
