摘要
随着我国社会主义新农村建设脚步不断加快,配农网电力工程规模不断扩大,如何有效将信息技术应用到配农网协议库存物资招标采购领域,以保证招标采购过程管理的规范性,进而提高采购效率和质量,成了国内各大省级电力企业广泛关注、积极探索的重点课题。文中在分析配农网协议库存物资采购管理现状的基础上,结合物资标准化思路,依托物资信息化支撑,提出配农网协议库存物资电子化招标标准化解决方案,为实现配农网协议库存物资招标采购全流程电子化奠定基础。
