基于51单片机的豆渣加速发酵装置

摘要 本文设计了基于51单片机的豆渣加速发酵装置,装置采用半分离式结构,上有密封盖、注醋室和注水室等;下有加热元件和料筐等结构。装置采用单片机作为测控核心,以DS18B20作为温度传感器,以QLYS作为测重传感器,以注醋泵、注水泵和电热元件作为控制元件,以电热元件的加热时间控制加热室温度的高低,以控制注醋泵和注水泵的开关时间控制加入料筐的水和醋的重量,形成以温度测量、重量测量与时间控制为参数的闭环控制。该装置能够实现豆渣的快速发酵。 A soybean slag accelerating fermentation device based on 51 MCU is developed in this paper.The device adopts a semi-detached structure, with seal cover, injection room and water injection room, etc.There are heating elements and baskets, etc. By single chip microcomputer as control core of the entire device, DSI8B20 as temperature sensor, QLYS as weighing sensor, measurement with vinegar pump, injection pump and electric heating element as a control element, with electric heating element heating time control heating room temperature, to control the switching time of the vinegar pump and injection pump control to join the material defect of the weight of the water and vinegar.A closed loop control system based on temperature measurement ,weight measurement and time control is formed.The device could ferment the bean residue in short time.
