普白林场四球茶种群种间联结分析 被引量:8

Inter-specific associations of Dominant Populations of Camellia teterococca Communities in Pubai Forest Farm

摘要 以2×2联列表为基础,采用χ~2统计量、共同出现百分率PC、联结系数AC为参数研究分析普安珍稀古茶树四球茶(Camellia teterococca)群落中9个主要种群间联结性特征。结果表明:9个主要种群在总体水平上表现为不显著的负联结;9个种群组成的36个种对中,有7对表现为正关联,占总对数的19%;有8对表现为负关联,占总对数的22%;有21对种间联结不显著,占总对数的58%;结合统计量χ~2和联结系数AC,群落中表现为极显著正联结的种对有1对,表现为显著正联结的种对有3对,同时这些种对的PC值也较高。研究种间关系的结果显示,四球茶种群的结构和组成尚未达到稳定状态,处于不断的演替过程中,但其群落的不稳定很大原因是受人为干扰引起。因而要保护珍稀古茶树四球茶的种群,需减少人为干扰,特别是人工清理林下植物时,需注意保护乔木树种的幼苗,以维持乔木层的天然更新。 Based on the 2 × 2 table,series of approaches including χ~2-test,percentage co-occurrence(PC) and association coefficient(AC) were used to analyze the interspecific associations of dominant tree species Camellia teterococca communities in Pubai Forest Farm.The results showed that the association was nonsignificantly negative correlation among the nine main populations.Among the 36 species pairs,7 pairs were positively correlated,accounting for 19% of the total; 8 pairs were negatively correlated,ac-counting for 22% of the total; and 21 pairs showed nonsignificant,accounting for 58% of the total.In the community,the species of AC and χ~2,which 1 pair showed a very significant positive association and 3 pairs showed a significant positive association.The PC of these species were also higher.The structure and composition of the Camellia teterococca communities have not yet reached the steady state,in the process of continuous succession,but the community unstable main reason was induced by the human disturbance,and thus to protect the rare ancient tea Camellia teterococca,less human disturbance was required,especially when cleaning the Forest plants.We should pay attention to protect tree species seedlings and to maintain the tree layer of natural regeneration.
