摘要
本文将植物乳杆菌、酵母菌、枯草芽孢杆菌复合的益生菌制剂与消食健脾和抗病毒类中药饲料添加剂联合应用,研究其对AA肉仔鸡(爱拔益加肉鸡)生长性能和免疫器官的影响。本试验选取1日龄AA肉仔鸡180只,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复15只鸡,Ⅰ组为对照组(CK),饲喂基础日粮,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组分别饲喂基础日粮添加0.05%的中药制剂、0.05%的益生菌制剂、0.05%益生菌制剂和0.05%中药制剂。饲喂周期35d。结果显示:日粮中添加益生菌及中药配伍制剂组各阶段的AA肉仔鸡日增重都有所提高,也明显提高了饲料利用率。1~21 d的Ⅳ组日增重较CK组提高了9.08%(P<0.05),料肉比较CK组降低了6.62%(P<0.05)。21~35 d的Ⅳ组日增重较CK组提高了9.69%(P<0.05),料肉比较CK组降低了8.96%(P<0.05)。1~35 d的Ⅳ组日增重较CK组提高了12.97%(P<0.05),料肉比较CK组降低了9.17%(P<0.05)。另外,连续饲喂益生菌及中药配伍制剂35 d,还可以提高AA肉仔鸡胸腺、脾脏和法式囊指数。与CK组相比,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组胸腺指数分别提高4.11%(P>0.05)、3.89%(P>0.05)、8.80%(P<0.05);与CK相比,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组脾脏指数分别提高13.81%、14.90%(P>0.05)、30.21%(P<0.05);与CK组相比,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组法氏囊指数分别提高13.06%、13.83%、28.20%(P<0.05)。结果表明,益生菌与中药制剂联合应用能显著提高1~35 d的AA肉仔鸡生长性能和免疫器官的发育,并且两者具有协同增效作用,在肉禽的养殖过程中,可起到替代部分抗生素的效果。
In this paper,the probiotic preparation of Lactobacillus plantarum,Saccharomyces cerevisiae an d Bacillus subtilis were used in combination with digestion and anti-viral Chinese medicine feed additives.To study the effect on growth performance and immune organs of AA broilers.A total of 180 broilers were randomly divided into 4 groups with 3 replicates of 15 each.Control group（CK） feed basal diet,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ group feed the basal diet with 0.05% Chinese medicine preparation,0.05% probiotic preparation,0.05% probiotics and 0.05% Chinese medicine preparation.Feeding period was 35 d.The results showed that the addition of probiotics and Chinese herbal medicine to the diet increased the daily gain of AA broilers at various stages,and the feed utilization rate was improved obviously.The daily gain of group Ⅳ was increased by 9.08%（P〈0.05）,and the feed conversion ratio was decreased by 6.62%（P〈0.05） compared with CK group at 1~21 days.The daily gain of group Ⅳ was increased by 9.69%（P〈0.05）,and the feed conversion ratio was decreased by 8.96%（P〈0.05） at 21~35 day.The daily gain of group Ⅳ was increased by 12.97%（P〈0.05）compared with CK group,and the feed conversion ratio was decreased by 9.17%（P〈0.05） at 21~35 days.In addition,continuous feeding probiotics and traditional Chinese medicine compatibility preparation 35 d could improve AA broiler thymus,spleen and french capsule index.The spleen index in group Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳwere increased by 13.81%（P〉0.05）,14.90%（P〈0.05）,30.21%（P〈0.05）.The thymus index in group Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳwere increased by 4.11%（P〉0.05）,3.89%（P〉0.05）,8.80%（P〈0.05）.The french capsule index in group Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳwere inareased by 13.06%,13.86%,28.20%（P〈0.05）.The results showed that the combination of proboscis and traditional Chinese medicine could significantly improve the growth performance immune organs of AA broilers in 1~35 days.Both of them had synergistic effect,which could be used in the breeding of meat and poultry part of the effect of antibiotics.
