摘要 为了提高注塑机中永磁同步电机控制系统的运行可靠性,优化永磁同步电机的调速系统动态性能,提出了一种基于模型预测电流控制的无速度传感器永磁同步电机非奇异快速终端滑模控制策略。以模型预测电流控制作为电流控制内环,取代传统的PI调节器,能够有效地抑制电流纹波,提高电流的动态跟踪性能。根据非奇异终端滑模的设计原理,构造外环速度控制器,从而生成期望的q轴电流,提高了系统的稳定性。设计无速度传感器对电机运行转速进行在线辨识,实现对转速和转子位置准确地估计。并与传统的PI调节器进行对比,仿真与实验结果表明该控制策略具有较高的可靠性和快速性。 In order to improve the operation reliability of permanent magnet synchronous motor( PMSM) control system in injection molding machine and optimize the dynamic performance of PMSM speed control system, a nonsingular fast terminal sliding mode control(SMC) for speed-sensorless PMSM based on model predictive control was proposed. The model predictive current control was used as the current inner loop to replace the traditional PI regulator, which could restrain the current ripple effectively and improve the dynamic tracking performance of the current. According to the design principle of non-singular terminal sliding mode, the outer loop speed controller was constructed to generate the desired q-axis current and improve the stability of the system. The speed-sensorless is designed to identify the running speed of the motor online, which can accurately estimate the rotating speed and rotor position. The simulation and experimental results show that compared with the traditional PI regulator, the control strategy has high realiablity and rapidity.
