摘要 为满足建设数字化矿山的需要,提出了一种高效、低成本的实现串口设备接入以太网的方案,并在煤矿顶板在线监测系统中得以应用,即将监测系统中接收的数据,通过该方案设计的模块接入到井下以太环网,既实现了顶板动态数据的实时上传,又实现了煤矿综采工作面的顶板动态在线监测。着重介绍了软硬件设计,该方案应用在煤矿顶板在线监测系统中,取得了良好的效果。 In order to meet the requirement of building digital mine, an efficient and low-cost scheme for realizing Ethernet access of serial devices was proposed. The scheme has been applied to the online monitoring system of coal mine roof. The data received in the monitoring system was connected to the underground Ethernet ring network through the module designed by the scheme. Not only the real-time uploading of roof dynamic data was realized, but also the roof dynamic on-line monitoring of the fully mechanized coal face was realized. Hardware and software design was emphasized. The scheme has been applied to the online monitoring system of coal mine roof, and have been achieved good results.
