摘要
以G(乙二醛)取代部分F(甲醛),合成了GUF[乙二醛-U(尿素)-甲醛共缩聚树脂];然后以此作为胶粘剂基体,制备了相应的GUF胶合板。着重探讨了原料配比对GUF黏度和固含量的影响,并对GUF的结构、相对分子质量及其分布进行了表征,同时对GUF胶合板的热压过程、固化性能、力学性能和F释放量等进行了测定。研究结果表明:合成GUF的最佳原料配比是n(G)∶n(U)∶n(F)=0.7∶1.0∶0.7,此时相应GUF胶合板的F释放量和力学性能均满足GB/T 9846.3—2004标准中的指标要求,并且该胶合板可在干燥状态下直接用于室内装修。
With G(glyoxal)replaced part resin]was synthesized.Then,with GUF as matrix influences of raw material ratios on viscosities and s structure,molecular weight and its distribution were characterized,as well as the some properties(hot-pressing process,curing properties,mechanical properties,and F-emission)of GUF-plywood were tested.The research results showed that the optimal raw material ratio of synthesizing GUF was obtained when n(G):n(U):n(F)was 0.7:1.0:0.7.Here,the F-emission and mechanical properties of corresponding GUF-plywood could all meet the index requirement in GB/T 9846.3--2004 standard,and the drying plywood could be used in interior trim.
