摘要
目的观察黄芪止嗽饮治疗儿童迁延性肺炎气阴两虚证的临床疗效。方法将60例迁延性肺炎气阴两虚证患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。治疗组采用黄芪止嗽饮治疗,对照组采用西药综合治疗,治疗10 d后比较2组治疗前后的主、次症评分及临床疗效。结果 2组治疗后主症积分均显著减少,与同组治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但治疗后组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组治疗后次症积分与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),2组治疗后次症积分组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率为86.67%,对照组为90.00%,经秩和检验,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论黄芪止嗽饮治疗小儿迁延性肺炎气阴两虚证疗效确切,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Huangqi Zhisou Yin in treating children with persistent pneumonia of qi and yin deficiency. Methods 60 cases of children with persistent pneumonia of qi and yin deficiency were divided into therapy group and control group with 30 cases in each.The therapy group was given Huangqi Zhisou Yin,while the control group was given Western medicine comprehensive treatment.The clinical symptom scores and total effective rate of two groups were observed after 10 days.Results After treatment,the main symptom scores of two groups reduced significantly,difference of two groups had no significant（ P〉0.05）,but difference before and after treatment for the same group was significant（ P 〈 0.05）; difference of the secondary symptom scores before and after treatment for therapy group had statistically significance（ P 〈 0. 05）; after treatment,difference of the secondary symptom scores in two groups had significance（ P 〈 0. 05）; the total effective rate was 86. 67% in therapy group and 90.00% in control group with no statistically significance（ P〉0.05）.Conclusion Huangqi Zhisou Yin has a definite effect in the treatment of qi and yin deficiency type persistent pneumonia in children,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
