摘要
目的探讨急性主动脉夹层应用D二聚体浓度联合血压高的诊断价值。方法以2015年1月~2017年6月我院收治的60例急性主动脉夹层患者为例,入选患者均经增强CT检查确诊,在采用D二聚体浓度联合血压高检测,分析诊断结果。结果 60例患者中57例患者存在D二聚体浓度和血压升高的情况,与增强CT检查结果对比符合率高,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 D二聚体浓度联合血压高能够诊断急性主动脉夹层,且准确性高,适合在临床中应用。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of D-Dimer concentration combined with high blood pressure in the diagnosis of acute aortic dissection. Methods Sixty patients with acute aortic dissection in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2017 were selected as an example. All the patients were diagnosed by enhanced CT, with D-Dimer concentration combined with high blood pressure detection, diagnostic results were analyzed. Results Of the 60 cases, the concentration of D-Dimer and blood pressure were increased in 57 patients. Compared with the results of enhanced CT examination, the coincidence rate was high, and there was no statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion D-Dimer concentration combined with high blood pressure can be used in the diagnosis of acute aortic dissection with high accuracy and suitable for clinical application.
