摘要
本文从民国警察史料整理出版、史料数据库建设情况等方面调查的基础上,提出运用数字化技术整理民国警察文献,建设融史料及研究成果的采集整理、存储更新、查询检索、校核比勘以及数据统计分析等为一体的民国警察史料智能信息处理检索系统及开放式的公共学术交流平台,供研究者和普通大众共同使用。同时探索运用信息技术,如文本挖掘、关联技术、可视化技术等,从一个新的角度进行民国警察史料的开发研究。
Based on literature research, this article suggests to build an intelligent information processing and retrieval system and open public academic exchange platform for police historical data in the Republic of China with digital technologies, which is the combination of the following functions： collation, storage updating, query, check comparison and data statistics analysis.This platform is useful for researchers and the general public. Meanwhile, it explores the application of information technology,such as text mining, association technology and visualization technology to develop and study the historical data of the police in the Republic of China from a new angle.
