摘要
目的:探讨临床药师在Graves眼病患者临床药物治疗过程中的作用。方法:临床药师参与Graves眼病患者的临床治疗过程,协助临床医师制定个体化的药物治疗方案,并开展药学监护工作。结果:通过对患者的临床药学服务,患者用药依从性得到提高,药物治疗方案得到优化。结论:临床药师参与Graves眼病患者的药物治疗过程,可促进药物治疗方案合理,提高药物治疗效果。
Objective：To determine the role of clinical pharmacists on clinical drug therapy in patient with Graves ophthalmopathy.Method：Clinical pharmacist participated in the treatment process of patient with Graves ophthalmopathy,assisted clinicians to develop individualized drug therapy and carried out pharmaceutical care.Result：Through the clinical pharmaceutical care the patient medication compliance was improved,and the drug treatment program was optimized.Conclusion：Clinical pharmacist participated in clinical drug treatment process in patient with Graves ophthalmopathy can promote the rational of drug treatment program and improve the effect of drug treatment.
