摘要
针对在钾盐生产过程中浮选尾盐直接外排到尾矿库造成钾资源和土地资源的浪费这一问题,国投罗钾公司采用机械溶浸法对尾盐中的钾资源进行回收,对氯化钾浮选尾盐中K^+和SO_4^(2-)的回收率分别达到为96.20%和96.78%,软钾镁矾浮选尾盐中K^+和SO_4^(2-)的回收率分别达到95.92%和96.88%。技术经济分析结果表明,机械溶浸项目的总投资收益率为11.20%,资本金利润率为9.25%,税前财务内部收益率为12.96%。因此,采用机械溶浸法对尾盐进行综合处理有较好的经济效益。
In view of the problem that the tail salt of flotation was directly discharged into tailing pond wasting the potassium resources and land resources in the production process of potassium salt, SDIC utilized mechanical leaching method to recover potassium resources from the tail salt. The results indicated that the recoveries of K+ and SO42- in the flotation tail salt of the potassium chloride were 96.20% and 96.78% respectively. And the recoveries of K+ and SO42- in the tail salt of schoenite were 95.92% and 96.88%, respectively. Moreover, the results of tcchnical and economic analysis show that, the total investment rate of mechanical leaching project is 11.20%, the capital profit rate is 9.25%, the pre-tax financial internal rate of return is 12.96%, which indicates the mechanical leaching method for the comprehensive treatment of tail salt has good economic benefits.
