摘要
系统性红斑狼疮合并胰腺微囊性囊腺瘤和升结肠腺癌的病例非常罕见,患者多有长期服用免疫抑制剂史,治疗方式以手术治疗为主,现报道1例治疗经过,供临床参考。
Systemic lupus erythematosus（ SLE） with pancreatic serous micro-cystic cystadenoma and ascending colon adenocarcinoma is rare. Most patients have a history of long-term use of immunosuppressant. The treatment is mainly based on surgical treatment. One case of treatment was reported now for clinical reference.
