脑钠肽水平在预测心房颤动引起脑卒中的作用

摘要 目的观察并分析脑钠肽水平在预测心房颤动引起脑卒中的作用。方法选取200例单纯心房颤动患者,对全部患者均定期进行脑钠肽水平和查头颅发生脑卒中,依据1年的随访记录将患者进行分组,其中发生脑卒中的患者分为A组;另一组将发生脑卒中的患者分为B组。对比两组患者的脑钠肽水平。结果 A组患者的年龄高于B组(P<0.05),糖尿病、高血压患病率明显高于B组,A组患者的BNP水平明显高于B组(P<0.01)。经过有序、多类Logistic回归分析,年龄、BNP水平为有意义的变量,建立回归方程并求解,对于未发生脑卒中患者的预测准确率为100.0%,对于发生脑卒中患者的预测准确率为90.6%。结论脑钠肽水平对心房颤动患者是否引起脑卒中具有重要的预测价值,能够为临床诊治工作提供有价值的参考信息。 Objective To observe and analyze the role of brain natriuretic peptide in predicting the stroke caused by atrial fibrillation.Methods200 patients with simple atrial fibrillation were enrolled in this study.We were randomized to brain natriuretic peptide levels and stroke in all patients.According to a one-year follow-up record Patients were divided into groups A,and the other patients who developed strokes were divided into group B.The levels of brain natriuretic peptide were compared between the two groups.Results The age of group A was higher than that of group B(P<0.05).The prevalence of diabetes mellitus and hypertension was significantly higher than that of group B,and the level of BNP in group A was significantly higher than that in group B The After the orderly and multivariate logistic regression analysis,age and BNP levels were meaningful variables,the regression equation was established and solved.The predictive accuracy rate of stroke patients was 100.0%,and the predictive accuracy rate for stroke patients was 90.6%.Conclusion Brain natriuretic peptide has important predictive value for atrial fibrillation in patients with atrial fibrillation and can provide valuable reference information for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
