摘要
微流控芯片是一种新型技术,以其在细胞培养、细胞微环境的模拟和控制、单细胞分析、理化控制以及精确图像采集等方面的独特的优势逐步引起关注,该文对其在肿瘤血管生成方面的研究进行阐述,希望能为今后相关研究的开展提供启发。
Microfluidic chip is a novel technology with unique advantages in cell culture, simulation and control of cell micro-environment, single cell analysis and precise image acquisition. This paper systemically reviewed role of microfluidic chip technology in tumor angiogenesis. This may provide inspiring hints for future investigation.
