摘要 目的:检测瑜伽练习导致的血清神经递质及相关激素的变化,从生理学角度为瑜伽健身提供理论支持。方法:9名受试者进行为期1周基础哈他瑜伽体式学习,直至能够熟练掌握干预体式。停训3天之后,进行一堂75min瑜伽课干预,全程监控受试者心率,并ELISA检测干预前后血清神经递质与相关激素浓度变化。结果:瑜伽干预过程中,受试者平均心率值为99次/分,最大心率平均值为144.8次/分,低强度运动占全程运动的56%。与干预前相比,受试者血清中β-EP浓度显著升高(P<0.01);血清中5-HT浓度(P<0.05)、NPY浓度(P<0.01)和COR浓度(P<0.01)均显著降低。结论:瑜伽练习可使练习者在运动强度较低的状态下,刺激兴奋性神经递质的分泌,同时抑制抑制性神经递质的分泌,达到促进身心健康的作用。 Objective: to detect the changes of serum neurotransmitters and related hormones caused by yoga exercises, and to provide theoretical support for yoga fitness from the physiological point of view. METHODS: nine subjects conducted a one-week basis of Hatha Yoga-style learning until they were able to master the intervention style. After 3 days of training, a 75-minute yoga class was conducted to monitor the heart rate of the subjects, and the changes of serum neurotransmitters and related hormones were measured before and after ELISA. Results: during the course of yoga intervention, the average heart rate was 99 times/min, the maximum heart rate was 144.8 times/min, and the low intensity exercise accounted for 56% of the whole exercise.(P〈 0.01). The content of 5-HT in serum(P〈 0.05), NPY content(P〈 0.01) and COR(P〈 0.01) were significantly higher than those before intervention(P〈 0.01)) Were significantly reduced. Conclusion: Yoga exercises can make practitioners stimulate the secretion of exciting neurotransmitters while suppressing the secretion of inhibitory neurotransmitters in the state of low exercise intensity, so as to promote the physical and mental health.
