摘要
"一带一路"倡议是中国与沿线国家(地区)协同打造"人类命运共同体"的重要工程,也是破解世界经济结构性发展困局的中国方案和中国智慧。马来西亚是中国"一带一路"倡议的重要伙伴和"21世纪海上丝绸之路"的关键枢纽,也是中西方文化交融汇聚的重要通道,其私立高等教育在实现高等教育普及化、国际化和国家经济社会现代化方面做出了巨大贡献。分析马来西亚私立高等教育国际化进程、要素、举措和经验等,有助于为中国高等教育系统加速"东学西渐"进程、建设一流私立高等教育体系、更好服务新时代高等教育强国的"中国梦"提供参考借鉴。
The Belt and Road （TBAR for short） initiative is an important project of Community of Common Destiny for All Mankind from China to relative states（ regions）, and it also is a China＇s plan and Chinese wisdom for breaking the structural development dilemma of world economy. Malaysia is the important partner of the Belt and Road initiative as well as the key hub of 21st Century Ocean Silk Road run by China, is also an important passageway of Chinese and Western cultural fusion convergence, in which private higher education has made a great contribution to promote the massive, universal, interna- tional higher education and the economic society modernization. The analysis of the process, essentials, measures and experience of the private higher education in Malaysia can help to accelerate the process of Eastern learning spreading to the West through private higher education in China, and to construct the first class private higher education system, then to provide reference for servicing the Chinese Dream by powerful nation of higher education in the new era.
