摘要
针对传统煤矿用防爆变频器的不足,提出了三电平矿用组合式防爆变频器的设计方案,对主电路的结构设计和三电平逆变器的控制算法进行了详细论述,利用Matlab/Simulink对提出的两逆变组合式三电平变频器进行仿真,仿真结果显示电压波形接近标准正弦波,波形的总谐波失真(THD)低,对提出的三电平矿用组合式防爆变频器的优点做了详细分析,通过试验验证了该设计方案的正确性。最后指出,该方案可以在结构上更加紧凑,布线上更加合理,两个逆变单元之间的通讯距离大大缩短,避免了外界环境的干扰,也易于实现双电机功率平衡。
Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional coal mine explosion-proof frequency converter,design scheme of the three-level mine combined explosion-proof frequency converter is put forward. Structure design of the main circuit and the control algorithm of the three-level inverter are discussed in detail. Matlab/Simulink is applied to simulate the proposed two-inverter combined three-level inverter. The simulation results show that the voltage waveform is close to the sine wave and the total harmonic distortion(THD) of the waveform is low. The proposed three-level combined modular explosion-proof inverter the advantages of a detailed analysis,through the test to verify the correctness of the design.
