硅橡胶沿面闪络及表面形貌实验研究 被引量:4

摘要 通过研究棒-棒电极、针-针电极、棒-板电极和针-板电极4种电极模型下硅橡胶沿面闪络的电弧特征,分析了不同电极下的闪络电压,最后采用扫描电子显微镜观测了闪络对硅橡胶表面的破坏情况。结果表明:棒-棒电极和棒-板电极的电弧均贴着硅橡胶表面发展,而针-针电极、针-板电极下的电弧则出现"飘弧"现象。不同放电距离下,棒-棒电极与棒-板电极的闪络电压最大,针-板电极下的闪络电压次之,针-针电极下的闪络电压最小。闪络后棒端附近的硅橡胶表面出现了分层;针端的硅橡胶表面由于电弧的灼烧出现大块的絮状物,并且伴有许多气泡状的微孔。 The arc characteristics of surface flashover of silicon rubber under rod-rod electrode, pin-pin electrode, rod-plate electrode, and pin-plate electrode models were studied, and the flashover voltages under different electrodes were analyzed. Finally, the surface of silicone rubber after flashover was observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results show that the arc under rod-rod and rod-plate electrodes develops close to the surface of silicon rubber. While the arc under pin-pin and pin-plate electrodes appears the phenomena of "floating arc". Under different discharge distances, the flashover voltage under rod-rod and rod-plate electrodes is the biggest, the voltage under pin-plate electrode is smaller, and the flashover voltage under pin-pin electrode is the smallest. SEM indicates that there is delamination near the end of silicone rubber surface after flashover. Due to the ignition of arc, the silicon rubber surface at the end of pin electrode appears large floccules, and there is a lot of bubble like micropores accompanied.
