摘要
以轴承测试系统主轴为研究对象,采用Pro/E软件建立模型,并应用ANSYS Workbench软件对测功机传动装置的中间轴承进行静力学分析,求出被测轴承对轴承系统主轴的最大作用力。同时对主轴分别进行静力学和振动模态分析,得到主轴的强度和刚度,以及各阶模态固有频率、振型和临界转速,最终验证轴承测试系统主轴的结构设计能够满足使用要求。
Took the spindle of bearing test system as the research object and adopted Pro/E software to build the model, ANSYS Workbench software was used to perform a statics analyses for the intermediate bearing of the dynamometer transmission in order to find the maximum acting force of the tested bearing on the spindle of the bearing system. At the same time, the static and vibration modes of the spindle were analyzed respectively to obtain the strength and stiffness of the spindle and the natural frequency of each mode, mode of vibration and critical speed. Finally it was demonstrated that the physical design of the spindle of the test system could meet the operating requirement.
