摘要
上海市南京东路179街坊项目区间隧道近距离桩基施工,采用反循环钻孔灌注桩施工工艺,在原位试桩确定施工参数后开始成桩作业,成桩时间在7 h内完成,经检测无缩颈和坍孔现象发生;施工期间对二号线隧道进行实时监测,其累计沉降未超过隧道变形报警值,说明反循环钻孔灌注桩施工工艺高效,并能有效控制对地铁隧道结构的影响,达到了预期目的.
In the"179 Jiefang Project"on Nanjing Road,the pile foundation construction nearby the subway can be completed in 7 hours without necking and hole collapse phenomenon by the reverse circulation drill machine after the construction parameters are determined in situ pile test.During the construction period,the line 2 tunnel was real-time monitored.The monitored results show that the settlement of tunnel deformation does not exceed the alarm value.It indicates that the reverse circulation bored pile construction technology is high efficient and well effective.It has achieved the desired effect.
