钉形水泥土双向搅拌桩在东门渡闸地基处理中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 东门渡节制闸建基面持力层为淤泥质重粉质壤土,建筑物基底应力均大于地基允许承载力,不宜直接采用天然地基承载,必需进行地基处理.通过比选确定了钉形水泥土双向搅拌桩进行软基加固方案.分析了现场钉形水泥土双向搅拌桩对软土地基加固施工准备工作和施工工艺参数确定,施工工序及流程,施工质量控制.实践表明该搅拌桩的应用很好解决了东门渡节制闸施工中软基加固问题. The foundation layer of the Dongmengdu Dam is silt and heavy silty loam.The foundation stress of the building is larger than the bearing capacity of the foundation.It is not appropriate to use the natural foundation to carry the foundation,and it is necessary to carry out the foundation treatment.According to the relevant engineering experience,the selection of various basic treatment options,the nail-shaped cement soil two-way mixing pile is selected to strengthen the soft foundation to meet the needs of engineering construction.The practice shows that the application of the mixing pile can solve the problem of soft foundation reinforcement in the construction of Dongmendu Dam,providing reference for similar projects in the future.
