二氧化碳爆破增透技术在低透气性煤层中的应用研究

摘要 阳煤集团兴峪矿主采15#煤层,扩五区煤层瓦斯含量高,煤质较硬,且煤层透气性系数较低,本煤层瓦斯抽采难度较大。为解决瓦斯抽采难题,通过向煤层施工顺层钻孔,采用二氧化碳爆破增透技术提高煤层透气性,增加煤层裂隙,加大释放本煤层的瓦斯,从而降低瓦斯含量,减少采掘过程中的瓦斯涌出量。试验证明了该技术在煤层卸压增透中具有快速高效安全的优点。 In the fifth expansion coal seam of No.15 coal seam of Yangquan Coal Mine Xingyu coal mine,gas content is high with hard coal,and coal seam permeability coefficient is low,which is difficult for gas drainage in coal seam.In order to solve the problem of gas drainage,through drilling along coal seam,carbon dioxide blasting and permeability is used to improve the permeability of coal seam,and increase coal seam cracks and gas release,thereby reducing the gas content and gas emission in mining process.The test proved that the technology has the advantages of fastness,high efficiency and safety in coal seam pressure relief and permeability enhancement.
