摘要
目的探讨CR与DR性能影像特点及其临床应用的效果比较。方法选取2012年1月—2017年10月来我院进行拍摄的患者胶片共1 000张,其中选取CR片500张,选取DR片500张,统计对比两组胶片的优质率、废片率等指标。结果 DR组优质片率96%,高于CR组82%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);DR组废片率2%,低于CR组10%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);DR组的千伏值和毫安秒虽低于DR组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 CR与DR均能够满足临床拍片的需要,相比而言,DR临床优势更加突出,在有经济条件的医院及经济条件优越的患者使用。
Objective To compare the characteristics of CR and DR performance images and their clinical application. Methods A totalof 1 000 film from January 2012 to October 2017 in our hospital were selected, and 500 pieces of CR and 500 pieces of DR in it. statistics and comparison of film quality rate, scrap rate and other indicators in two groups was carried out. Results The rate of high quality tablet in group DR was 96%, was higher than that of group CR （82%）, and the diference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. The rate of waste tablet in group DR was 2%, which was lower than that of group CR （10%）, and the diference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. The kV and MS of group DR were lower than the DR group, but the diference was not statistically signifcant （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Both CR and DR can meet the needs of clinical flming. Compared with DR, the clinical advantage is more prominent. It is used in hospitals with favorable economic conditions and superior economic conditions.
