摘要
针对三软煤层复合顶板条件下小煤柱沿空掘巷的支护问题,对其围岩的关键块体和支护结构进行稳定性分析,结合许疃矿三软煤层复合顶板的特殊地质条件,应用FLAC2D对7128工作面回风巷掘进前的围岩应力分布情况和不同小煤柱留设宽度下巷道围岩的应力和变形情况进行数值模拟,得出沿空掘巷小煤柱留设宽度对软煤和中硬煤顶板下沉量的影响程度及巷道围岩变形控制的关键因素,确定留小煤柱的合理宽度为5 m,且优化设计了锚网带索支护方案,并在7128工作面回风巷进行了工业性实验,效果良好。
Aimed at the support problems of gob-side entry with small pillars under composite roof of three-soft coal seams, the stability analysis on the key block and support structure of surrounding rock was carried out. Combining with the special geo- logical condition of composite roof of three-soft coal seams in Xutuan Mine, the stress distribution of surrounding rock before drilling the return airway at the 7128 working face was simulated by FLAC2D, as well as the stress and deformation of sur- rounding rock of roadway with different pillar widths. The influence degree of pillar width of gob-side entry on the roof subsid- ence of soft coal and medium-hard coal was obtained, as well as the key factors controlling the deformation of surrounding rock. The reasonable pillar width was determined as 5 m. And the bolt-net-anchor support scheme was designed and optimized, which was tested in return airway at the 7128 working face, with a good effect.
