大型露天矿境界动态优化研究——以西澳Weld Range铁矿为例 被引量:10

Study on the Boundary Optimization of Large Open-pit Mine——a Case of the Weld Range Iron Mine in Western Australia

摘要 为实现露天矿经济境界优化,研究了基于境界动态优化分析软件Whittle的露天矿境界优化方法。针对中钢澳洲中西矿业公司Weld Range铁矿,采用Surpac矿业软件建立矿山钻孔数据库、矿体模型和块段模型,根据定义的经济模型及露天境界优化参数,利用L-G图论理论方法,借助Whittle软件生成Weld Range铁矿在不同条件下、不同生产规模的最优开采境界。结果表明,Whittle软件可实现高质量批量境界的快速生成,用于矿山各种境界方案的动态经济指标计算,实现露天矿山开采境界的快速准确优化。 To realize the economic boundary optimization of open-pit mine, the optimization methods were studied based on the Whittle software. Taking the Weld Range iron mine of Sinosteel Midwest Mining Co., Ltd as an example, the borehole data- base, orebody model and block model were established by Surpac. According to the defined economic model and optimization parameters, the optimal mining boundary of Weld Range iron mine under different conditions and production scales was genera- ted by using L--G Graph Theory Method and Whittle software. The results showed that the Whittle software could realize the rapid creation of high-quality batch boundary, be used for calculating the dynamic economic indicators of various boundary schemes, and achieve the rapid and accurate optimization of the mining boundary in open-pit mine.
