摘要 预处理过程中降解产物的分析研究能够追踪处理过程中组分降解途径,提高生物质有效组分利用率。高效液相分析结果表明,巨龙竹碱性水热条件下碳水化合物降解产生的小分子化合物主要为糖类和有机酸,其浓度随处理条件的加剧而增加。大分子溶出物中半纤维素支链结构随着处理条件的加剧而断裂脱落。木质素样品中,紫丁香醛和香草醛为主要的非缩合木质素单体,S型结构单元与G型结构单元比例随碱浓度增加而增加。 The degradation products obtained from pretreatment is beneficial to probe the footprint of main compounds of the lignocellulosic materials and improve the utilization of these. High performance liquid chromatography( HPLC) was used to determine the degradation products of Dendrocalamus sinicus during alkali-catalyzed hot water pretreatment. The results indicated that mono sugar and organic acid were the main products degraded from carbohydrates. The contents of these in solution increased with the treatment temperature and alkali concentration. The main structure of hemicelluloses was xylose main chain substituted with arabinose, the substitutes were degraded with the increasing of treatment temperature and alkali dosage. In the lignin fractions,vanillin and sringaldehyde were the main compositions of the noncondensed lignin,and the S/G ratio increased with the increasing alkali dosage.
