摘要
构建中国—东盟命运共同体这一目标,既具有深厚的地缘和历史人文基础,又在经济发展、地区安全和观念认同等诸多层面具有现实的支撑性与推动力。虽然马来西亚与中国体量差距很大,但作为东盟最核心的成员国之一,能够在促进东盟与中国合作方面发挥独特作用。中马两国可以优先从利益(经济)共同体入手,渐次在安全共同体、社会文化共同体层面取得进展,而现实利益、彼此认同和国际机制是命运共同体建设的重要保障和实现形式。
There are deep geopolitical,historical and humanistic foundations for the building of China-ASEAN Community of Common Destiny. Economic development,regional security and identity of values provide possibilities and impetus for the community. As one of the most important members of ASEAN,Malaysia can play a unique role in promoting the cooperation between ASEAN and China. Malaysia and China can start with the building of economic community,and then chase the progress on security community and social cultural community.Realistic interests,identity and international regimes are important guarantees for the building of the China-ASEAN Community of Common Destiny.
