摘要
护理部主任直接影响到临床的护理质量,在整个护理体系中有着不可替代的重要作用。制度化、规范化护理体系的完善构建,使得护理工作质量和水平得以有效提升,为护患关系的和谐构建提供了有利条件。本文主要分析护理部主任管理理念对于护士长管理工作的导向作用,并根据患者实际的需求,对医院可行性的临床护理措施进行简要论述。
The director of nursing department directly affects the quality of clinical nursing,which plays an irreplaceable important role in the whole nursing system.The perfect construction of institutionalized and standardized nursing system can improve the quality and level of nursing work and provide favorable conditions for the harmonious construction of nurse patient relationship.This paper mainly analyzes the guiding role of nursing director management concept for head nurse management work,and according to the actual needs of patients,briefly discusses the feasible clinical nursing measures.
