摘要 目的探讨孕期进行个体化营养指导的临床效果。方法以2015年1月—2017年10月于我所营养门诊接受个体化营养指导的80例孕妇为实验组,另择取同期于我所行常规孕期饮食保健的80例孕妇为对照组。观察两组孕期增重情况、孕妇分娩方式、新生儿体质量及妊娠期并发症。结果实验组孕期增重正常75例(93.75%),阴道分娩63例(78.75%),新生儿体质量正常78例(97.50%),妊娠期并发症2例(2.50%),与对照组对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论个体化营养指导有助于孕期合理增重,对促进阴道分娩、减少并发症具有积极作用,有助于获得满意妊娠结局。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of individualized nutritional guidance during pregnancy. Methods From January 2015 to October 2017, 80 pregnant women who received individualized nutritional guidance in our nutrition clinic were selected as the experimental group. Another 80 pregnant women who took part in the regular dietary health care during the same period were selected as the control group. The two groups were observed during pregnancy weight gain, pregnant women delivery mode,neonatal weight and complications during pregnancy. Results The experimental group weight gain during pregnancy was normalin 75 cases (93.75%), 63 cases of vaginal delivery (78.75%), 78 cases of normal birth weight (97.50%), 2 cases of complications during pregnancy (2.50%), compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Individualized nutrition guidance is helpful for reasonable weight gain during pregnancy and promoting vaginal delivery, which is helpful to achieve satisfactory pregnancy outcome.
