摘要
目的探讨芪明颗粒联合激光光凝对视网膜中央静脉阻塞黄斑水肿的治疗效果。方法选择2013年5月至2016年4月焦作煤业集团中央医院收治的98例视网膜中央静脉阻塞黄斑水肿患者,按照随机数表法分为两组,各49例。对照组患者在常规治疗基础上接受视网膜激光光凝术,治疗组在对照组的基础上口服芪明颗粒,比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗组治疗后黄斑水肿消除率、总有效率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论芪明颗粒联合激光光凝治疗视网膜中央静脉阻塞黄斑水肿,能够有效消除黄斑水肿,有效率高,效果理想,值得临床推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect observation of Qi Ming granule combined with laser photocoagulation in patients with maeular edema in central retinal vein occlusion. Methods Ninety eight patients with macular edema in central retinal vein occlusion who were treated in the Central Hospital of Jiaozuo Coal Industry from May of 2013 to April of 2016 were en- rolled in this study. All patients were randomly divided into two groups, 49 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with retinal laser photocoagulation on the basis of routine treatment, and patients in the observation group were trea- ted with Qi Ming granule on the basis of control group. The clinical effects were compared between observation group and control group. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group had statistically significant higher rate of visual improvement, faster speed of macular edema eliminating and higher effective rate (P 〈 0. 05 ). Condusion Qi Ming granule combined with laser photocoagulation can improve the eyesight, accelerate the speed of macular edema eliminating of patients with macular edema in central retinal vein occlusion, whose efficacy is ideal and worthy of popularization and application.
