摘要
为了解决社区矫正在我国进行试点和推广过程中人员管理方面的问题,特别是传统的管理手段与庞大的矫正人员基数不相适应的问题,通过采用互联网技术、融合多模定位等技术手段,研制出一款适用于社区矫正的智能穿戴设备,实现了对社区矫正人员的监管及信息化,从而实现"互联网+智慧司法"的矫正人员管理模式,可以有效解决矫正人员管理存在的诸多漏洞与问题。
In order to solve the problem of community correction in the process of pilot and promotion in China, especially the mismatch between the traditional management means and the massive correction personnel number, the Internet and the integrated multimode positioning technology were used, and an intelligent wearable device suitable for community correction was developed. The device can achieve the supervision and informatization of community correction personnel, accomplish the management mode of the correction personnel of the ＂Internet ＋ smart justice＂ and effectively deal with the many loopholes and problems in the correction personnel management.
