摘要
针对SHELL煤气化装置中煤粉锁斗笛管在生产过程中经常出现的问题,如折弯、连接法兰密封面磨蚀、阻碍煤粉下料以及膜片损坏等,提出了笛管固定方式、安装方面的改进措施,讨论了双排管和多孔结构笛管等结构和技术方面的改进。
This paper lists some of the frequent troubles of the gas injection pipes in Shell coal gasification process, such as bending distortion, erosion of the connection flange surfaces, coal dust blocking,and filter element damage and so on. The article then puts forward several measures to solve the problems such as optimizing of pipe fixing and assembling styles. The possibility of structural and technical improvements such as employing doubling-nozzle pipes and perforated pipes are discussed.
