摘要
以辽宁某大桥为对象,基于微表处技术,研究了其在公路桥梁桥面铺装养护工程中的应用。通过分析大桥的实际状况,结和微表处技术特点,进行了聚合物改性乳化沥青试验和稀浆混合料试验,在进行微表处封层时,在缝隙处垂直向下开凿,通过测量,高渗透性煤油稀释沥青透层油向下渗透约5.3 mm,改性乳化沥青粘层油向下渗透约2.5 mm,缝隙基本得到充盈。大桥经过微表处在使用35 d后,施工路段的构造深度为62mm,摩擦系数为0.5 BPM,渗水系数为0.85 m L/min,这表明其抗滑性能、防水性能测试,实测值均达到设计和规范要求。
This paper takes a bridge in Liaoning as an object,and based on the micro surfacing technology,studies its application in the maintenance of highway bridge deck pavement. Through the analysis of the actual state of the bridge,and the micro surfacing technology characteristics of polymer modified asphalt emulsion test and slurry mixture test in micro surfacing layer,in the crevice of vertical cut,by measuring the high permeability of kerosene cutback asphalt penetrated oil layer penetratedownwardly about 5. 3 mm,modified emulsified asphalt adhesive layer oil penetration of about 2. 5 mm,the gap has been basically filling. The bridge after the micro surfacing in the use of 35 days,the road construction structure depth is 62 mm,the friction coefficient is 0. 5 BPM,the permeability coefficient is 0. 85 mL/min,which indicates that the anti sliding performance,waterproof performance test,the measured value can meet the requirements of design and specification.
