高速公路水泥稳定碎石配合比设计分析与施工质量控制要点探析 被引量:17

摘要 以某高速公路为基础,通过振动实验研究基于骨架密实结构的水泥稳定碎石配合比,并利用振动击实法测定配合比的最佳含水量和最大干密度。实验表明:1~#、2~#、3~#以及石屑配比为19∶21∶20∶40,4%的水泥剂含量的水泥稳定碎石配比组成的材料,其各项指标均符合高速公路建设需求,且此时最佳含水量和最大干密度为5%、2.267 g/cm^3。同时结合实验研究了该材料的无侧限抗压强度及干缩特性、温缩特性,以此作为水泥稳定碎石施工质量控制的研究基础。 the cement stabilized crushed stone mix ratio based on skeleton compact structure is studied by vibration experiment,and the optimum water content and maximum dry density are determined by vibration compaction method based on certain highway. The experimental results show that the materials of 1~#,2~#,3~# and the ratio of cement stabilized crushed stone with the cement content of 19 ∶ 21 ∶ 20 ∶40 and 4% of the cement powder are in accordance with the expressway Construction needs,and at this time the best water content and the maximum dry density of 5%,2. 267 g/cm^3. At the same time,the unconfined compressive strength and shrinkage characteristics and shrinkage characteristics of the material were studied experimentally as the basis of the construction quality control of cement stabilized crushed stone.
