摘要
《金匮要略》是现存最早专篇论述妇产科的古籍,开创了中医妇科辨证论治的先河,奠定了中医妇科学的基础。故对《金匮要略》妇人病3篇进行分析,得出妇人月经病在发病方面以气血亏虚、感寒积冷、气机郁滞为主,瘀血为其致病关键。治疗上,张仲景一方面以气血为总纲,活血、补血、祛瘀各类治法具备,重视血与气的辨证关系;另一方面多从肝论治,清肝、疏肝、暖肝、养肝、柔肝诸法并举,注重"肝脾同调",时刻不忘顾护脾胃,同时善于变通、攻补兼施,临证总以辨证施治为要。深入研究张仲景治疗月经病的特点,对于指导我们今后临床辨证论治具有重要意义。
Medical Treasures of the Golden Chamber is the earliest extant ancient book which discusses the diagnosis and treatment of gynecology and obstetrics in special articles and creates the treatment based on syndrome differentiation in this area. In order to conclude ZHANG Zhong-jing＇ s features of treating irregular menstruation, this article not only analyses the etiology and pathogenesis but also the treatment methods of gynecopathy in Medical Treasures of the Golden Chamber. And we find that the etiology and pathogenesis can be summarized as follows ： deficiency of qi and blood, cold, qi stagnation. They all can lead to blood stasis which is the crucial factor in the development of the disease~ To cure it, ZFIANG Zhong-jing not only pays more attention to the relationship between qi and blood, and uses regulating qi and blood as the treatment principle, but also gives consideration to regulating liver and spleen. Studying the ZHANG Zhong-jing＇ s features of treating emmeniopathy is significant to guide the clinic treatment.
