摘要
目的探讨FANCQ蛋白在急性髓系白血病(AML)中的表达情况。方法选取自2014年12月至2016年3月于中国医科大学附属第四医院血液科就诊的AML患者67例为研究对象。将本组患者分为AML初治组(n=31)和AML完全缓解组(n=36)。并选取同期在我院诊断为免疫性血小板减少症的患者35例为对照组。应用Western blot印迹法检测各组中FANCQ蛋白的表达情况。结果 AML初治组FANCQ蛋白表达灰度值为(0.848±0.076),AML完全缓解组为(0.292±0.027),对照组为(0.273±0.026)。AML初诊组FANCQ的表达与对照组、完全缓解组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);AML完全缓解组FANCQ的表达与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 FANCQ蛋白在AML患者中高表达,可能与AML的发病具有相关性。
Objective To investigate the expression of FANCQ protein in acute myelogenous leukemia（ AML）. Methods A retrospective study was performed on 67 cases of AML patients who were admitted from December 2014 to March 2016. Patients were divided into AML initial diagnosis group（ n = 31） and AML total relief group（ n = 36）. In the same period,35 patients with immunological thrombocytopenia were selected as the normal group. The expression of FANCQ protein in each group was detected by Western blot.Results The gray value of the expression of FANCQ protein in the initial diagnosis group of AML was（ 0. 848 ± 0. 076）,the total relief group of AML was（ 0. 292 ± 0. 027）,and the normal group was（ 0. 273 ± 0. 026）. The expression of FANCQ in the initial diagnosis group of AML compared with the normal group and total relief group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The expression of FANCQ in the total relief group compared with the normal group,had no statistically significant difference（ P〉0. 05）.Conclusion FANCQ protein expression in patients with AML,the expression level of FANCQ protein may be correlated with the pathogenesis of AML.
