摘要
目的:探讨多索茶碱注射液联合无创正压通气在慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭患者中的应用效果。方法:对照组患者采用BiPAP呼吸机经面罩接鼻无创正压通气治疗,观察组在此基础上联合多索茶碱注射治疗,采用微量注射泵将100 m L生理盐水并300 mg多索茶碱24 h维持泵入。结果:观察组患者的PO_2平均值、PCO_2平均值、RR平均值、HR平均值、血气pH的平均值均明显改善,均优于对照组患者(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后的整体治疗满意度为85.26%(81/95),高于对照组患者的治疗满意度(P<0.05)。结论:采用多索茶碱与无创正压通气的联合治疗方式,可以改善患者的PO_2、PCO_2、RR、HR、血气pH值等指标,提高患者对治疗过程以及治疗结果的满意度。
Objective ： To investigate the application of doxofylline injection combined with non - invasive positive pressure ventilation in chro- nic obstructive puhnonary disease （COPD） patients with respiratory failure. Methods： Patients in the control group were treated with noninvasive positive pressure ventilation by BiPAP respirator through the mask, and the observation group was treated with doxofylline injection on the basis of the control group. The micro injection pump was adopted to inject 100mL saline with 300rag doxofylline for 24 h. Results： The mean values of PO2, PCO2, RR, HR and pH were significantly improved in the observation group, which were better than those in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. In addition, the overall treatment satisfaction in the observation group was 85.26 % （81/95） , which was higher than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The combination of doxofylline injection with noninvasive positive pressure ventilation can improve the values of PO2 , PCO2 , RR, HR and pH, and can also improve the patientg satisfaction with the treatment process and treatment results.
