摘要
为了探讨有氧训练期间摄入牛初乳是否会影响青少年的运动表现、白细胞数量、中性粒细胞数量、淋巴细胞数量、淋巴细胞亚群比例及数量、唾液Ig A浓度和分泌量,本研究以40位自愿参加的青少年受试者,年龄(16.12±1.81)岁、身高(173.35±3.00)cm、体重(63.60±4.71)kg、体脂肪百分比(14.00±3.00)%进行试验。受试者按照运动表现分为摄入牛初乳组(BC组,20 g/d,n=20)和安慰剂组(PL组,n=20)。在增补期前、后,受试者皆接受身体组成检测,摄入第1天训练前、后和第28天训练前、后采集血液及唾液样本。本研究采用双因素方差分析检验摄入牛初乳前后的运动表现、身体组成、血液和唾液样本中的生物参数。本研究发现:受试者在4周的有氧训练后,运动表现、体重和体脂肪百分比于两组之间无显著差异;白细胞数量、中性粒细胞数量、淋巴细胞数量、淋巴细胞亚群(CD4^+,CD8^+,CD19^+,CD56^+)及CD4/CD8比值均无组间差异。唾液流量及唾液Ig A浓度无显著变化,只有安慰剂组的Ig A流量显著高于前测。本研究认为在为期有氧训练期间,每日增补20 g牛初乳不会对轻艇运动表现、身体组成、白细胞、中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞、淋巴细胞亚群比例及数量、唾液Ig A浓度及分泌量造成影响。
This study aimed to examine the effects of bovine colostrums(BC)supplementation during an aerobic exercise program on exercise performance,the number of leukocytes,neutrophils,the number of lymphocytes,the ratio and number of blood lymphocyte subsets and concentration and secretion of saliva immunoglobulin A(Ig A).40 adolescents at the age of(16.12±1.81)years voluntarily participated in this study with the height of(173.35±3.00)cm,body mass of(63.60±4.71)kg,body fat of(14.00±3.00)%.Participants were grouped by performance and assigned into BC supplementation group(BC,20 g each day)or placebo group(PL).Before and after supplement,participants were asked to assess body composition.Blood and saliva samples(Pre-rest and Pre-post)were collected at the first and 28th day respectively.In this study,two factor variance analysis was used to test the biological parameters in the exercise performance,body composition,blood and saliva samples before and after intake of bovine colostrum.Results presented after 4 weeks of exercise,exercise performance,body weight and body fat percentage of subjects had no significant difference in two groups.There were no significant difference in blood counts of leukocyte,lymphocyte and neutrophil,percentages and counts of CD4~+,CD8~+,CD19~+,CD56~+lymphocytes,and CD4/CD8 ratio between the two groups.Significantly higher Ig A flow rate at Post-Pre than that at Pre in PL group was observed.The findings of this study suggested that 20 g daily BC supplementation during 4 week training period could not change body composition,leukocyte,lymphocyte subsets and saliva immunoglobulin A(Ig A)in adolescents.
