摘要
目的:探讨牙体牙髓牙周病治疗中激光的临床应用效果。方法:从接诊牙体牙髓牙周病的患者中选取84例,随机分为观察组与对照组,各42例,对照组行根管治疗术和对症药物,观察组行激光照射治疗,观察两组患者治疗后疼痛情况及疗效。结果:对照组患者疼痛率为23.81%,高于观察组的疼痛率(7.14%)(χ2=4.459,P=0.035);对照组总有效率为71.43%,低于观察组的总有效率(90.48%)(χ2=4.941,P=0.026)。结论:在牙体牙髓牙周病治疗中,激光可更好地控制疼痛率,且疗效确切,值得推广。
Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of laser in the treatment of tooth pulp and periodontal disease. Methods： A total of 84 cases of tooth pulp and periodontal disease patients were randomly divided into two groups, 42 cases in each group. The control group underwent root canal therapy and symptomatic medication, and the observation group underwent laser irradiation therapy. The curative effects after treatment in two groups were observed. Results：The pain rate was 23.81% in the control group and 7.14 % in the observation group, there was significant difference between the two groups （ χ^2 = 4. 459, P = 0. 035 ）. The total effective rate in the control group was 71.43 % , which was lower than that in the observation group （90.48 % ; χ^2 = 4. 941, P = 0. 026）. Conclusion：Laser can better control the pain rate in the treatment of tooth pulp and periodontal disease, with the exact curative effect, thus it is worth popularizing.
