摘要
采用水力喷射空气旋流器(WSA)吹脱处理模拟氯苯废水,考察了氯苯初始质量浓度、进口气速、射流流速、废水温度等因素对吹脱处理效果的影响。结果表明:进口气速越大、废水温度越高,氯苯的吹脱去除率越高;射流流速加大,氯苯的吹脱效率先增大后保持不变;氯苯初始质量浓度变化对氯苯的去除率影响较小。采用WSA吹脱处理初始质量浓度为25 mg/L的氯苯废水,3 min氯苯去除率可达99%以上。
The water-sparged aerocyclone(WSA) has been used for treating simulated chlorobenzene wastewater,and the influences of the initial mass concentration of chlorobenzene wastewater,inlet gas velocity,jet velocity,wastewater temperature,etc.on air stripping treatment effects have been investigated.The results show that the faster the inlet gas velocity,the higher the wastewater temperature,and the higher the air stripping removing rate of chlorobenzene is.However,with the increase of jet velocity,the air stripping efficiency of chlorobenzene increases first,and then remains unchanged.The change of initial mass concentration of chlorobenzen has relatively little influence on the removing rate of chlorobenzene.When WSA air stripping process is used for treating the chlorobenzene wastewater,whose initial mass concentration is 25 mg/L,for 3 minutes,the removing rate of chlorobenzene can be above 99%.
