摘要
针对广州中心城区内涝现状,选择了4个内涝点开展内涝观测,包括天寿路、花城大道、猎德大桥和中山大学南校区。设计了内涝观测方案,包括降雨、水深、流速和淹没范围4个要素,其中,降雨主要利用广州多普勒雷达进行监测,水深采用电子水尺进行观测,流速采用手持式电波流速仪观测,而淹没范围则采用便携式数码摄像机进行观测。对2017年4—6月的5场典型内涝开展了现场观测,采集到了宝贵的现场资料,为分析广州城市内涝形成规律和精细化城市内涝预报模型研发提供了数据支撑。
To study the current situation of inundation in urban area of Guangzhou, 4 locations are chosen to observe,including Tinashou road, Huacheng avenue, Liede brige and Sun Yat-sen university campus. Observation method is designed,which consist of rainfall, inundation depth, flow velocity and inundation area. The rainfall is measured by doppler weather radar; inundation depth is estimated with electronic depth gauge; flow velocity is observed by electronic wave flow meter;and inundation area mainly recorded with digital camera. During April to June in 2017, 5 inundation events were observed,which provides a valuable first hand survey data for further analysis flood disasters in Guangzhou City. Besides, it would be the support data for developing urban flood prediction model.
